Premature ovarian failure

Hi, I am looking for some advice from people who have experienced premature ovarian failure and we are looking for a clinic to go to in Europe. I am 37 and have had a few cycles now which all resulted negatively. One miscarriage and two failed transfers. I only ever have one, two or three eggs every cycle. Have tried high and lower stimulation. I wanted to ask if anyone has had success in similar cases and if anyone has tried ovarian rejuvenation or ovarian PRP. Thank you very much for your time. If anyone could PM the clinic names that would be great. Thank you as we may be looking to change clinics.

Hi there, I have premature ovarian failure, I was diagnosed with this at the age of 27. My AMH was 0.2. I used donor eggs in the U.K. and luckily on our third attempt it was worked and I am now pregnant. I looked into going aboard for treatment but because of COVID I decided against it. Hope you find a good clinic soon x

Hi, I was diagnosed with this last year. I’m doing embryo donation with a clinic in Spain. I had a failed transfer in July and going for a 2nd in September. The clinic is lovely IVF Spain and so much cheaper than the U.K. with no waiting lists. X

Hi, I’m the same and am very lucky to have got pregnant through IVF on a standard long protocol (I’m 33, AMH 0.8 ng/5.8pmol, and now 18 wks pregnant). However, if this cycle hadn’t of worked, I was looking at natural or mild IVF as a next step - as then it’s about working with the eggs you’ve got rather than lots of drugs to try and get lots of eggs - which is unlikely with premature ovarian failure! I would look at Create Fertility for more info on that type of treatment. Good luck! Xx

Thank you, we have been consulting different clinics and a few have suggested natural/mild IVF and also PGT.
