Hi Ladies,

After 2 cycles of proglyuton, my lining is now 7,2 mm and planning for a transfer this weekend. Dr asked me to do PRP two days before the transfer. Anyone have any experience for PRP and success story on this procedure to increase lining? And do you think 7,2 mm is enough for implantation?

xx

I'm not sure what prp means, but I've always had lining issues and managed to get from 5 to dead of 7 this last FET of which resulted in a bfp. Unfortunately this has ended in miscarriage, but not linked to my lining in anyway. There's a few women of here who have had successful pregnancies with around 6.5-6.7mm lining. Good luck 🍀xx

Also not sure what prp means? However I’ve just been through a frozen cycle, and my lining got to just over 7mm before transfer!! I got a positive but unfortunately had a miscarriage at 10wks - not related at all to lining I’m told!! xx

I've never heard of PRP but just had. Google and the studies make for interesting reading and perhaps worth a try. My clinic like the lining to be at least 9mm for transfer which mine was after progesterone pessaries so hopefully it's still got time to grow a bit! Best of luck!xx

I just started progesterone pessaries yesterday, hope mine will reach 9 mm like yours! Do you know when the lining stop growing, is it after ovulation or after the transfer? Thank you Cinderella5 and best wishes for you too xx

Im not exactly sure when it actually stops growing however before my last transfer my lining was around 7.3mm. I then started the progesterone and by transfer mine was 9.3mm so fingers crossed! Id be interested to hear how you get on with the PRP if you decide to have it done! Thanks for your well wishes.xx

Just for your info, I queried my lining at my first scan on seeing a heartbeat, they say at this point their not concerned about lining, but she measured mine anyway and it was 23mm! I was on oestrogen tablets and lubion. It stops growing around ovulation but the progesterone plumps it up x

Hi Phris

My clinic is also making sounds to me re this and I was wondering if you would be willing to share more details when you know more. I would be interested in what is involved and the timing of it within the cycle.

Wishing you all the best and look forward to reading your updates and experiences.

My lining was just about 7mm when I had my transfer (was 6.5 mm and delay the transfer with 3 days )

My doctor said that 7 mm should be fine xxxx
