Light bleeding over a week! Currently 5w3d.

Hi! Looking for some reassurance.

I've been spotting since my bfp 8 days ago. Some times it's heavier than others. It isn't enough to mark a pad but there is blood every single time i wipe. The colour varies from brown, to pink to rusty red.

I had a scan yesterday and everything looked as it should and was measuring exactly 5w2d. We could see the yolk and gestational sacs.

My question is whether it's likely to be bleeding for this length of time and everything still be OK? Does it mean anything that the sacs are measuring at the right size or is it too early to have much meaning?

Everything seems fine at the moment- the bleeding may be due to extra hormones or irritation from pessaries. Are they going to scan you soon? Or maybe you could ask the clinic/GP for a blood test to check your HCG levels

Hi! The next scan isn't for another week and a half. I've asked multiple times for an hcg blood test but they won't do it annoyingly. I felt really positive after the scan yesterday but now I'm worried it doesn't mean anything much.
