Bleeding it’s all over :(

So started cramping last night and bleeding came full on. I returned to work today after 4 weeks off and put on a brave face all day.

Working with babies is not ideal but feeling positive. I will not give up on my dream!!

I know what you mean putting on a brave face. I work in a nursery surrounded by babies and pregnant women. I was like that when my 1st ivf failed. The hardest part is when someone is constantly complaining about being pregnant. Sorry for the long story.
