Anyone with severe endomitrios (stage 3 or 4) have any success with IVF/FET?

Hello,Wondering if anyone with severe endomitrios have had any luck with IVF or FET. Reading online it seems it shouldn't make a difference but after 3 failed cycles it does feel heavy. Would love to hear some positive news.

Yes worked for me first time. I have severe rectovaginal, extensive endo. Operated on twice. We are trying for a sibling and it’s definitely back so I’m hoping it works again. Best of luck xx

hi there, I am week 15 after FET. They put me on long protocol to manage with the Endo.

I was on meds for 55days before and continued on high dose of progesterone &oestrogen for 12weeks after and thankfully all ok. I did have a bad Subchorionic haematoma at week 5 and things were touch&go for a few weeks but I don’t know if that was linked to Endo.

I had 3 failed rounds, had MC last year and was only then diagnosed with Endo after something was spotted in US and they did laparoscopy and then on the back of this with managing the protocol I had a successful 5DFET.

Hello ChelWestie, Thank you for your message, that does give me hope. I've not been offered surgery but I know that I have atheist stage 3 endo due to my chocolate cysts. What type of medicine did you take for 55 days if you do not mind me asking? And did you have low progesterone levels? (Asking as the medicine did not work for me so now I have to combine with shots every day). Sorry for all the questions xx.

no probs asking of course! I am not aware of having low progesterone, the consultant mentioned it would help as I had the MC and endo. will DM the details
