EMMA and Alice results

Hi everyone,

Results from Emma and alice tests show I need one week antibiotics followed by 10 days canesflor pessaries then I require a repeat test following this.

Has anyone who had has repeat tests found improvement in results. I'm hoping treatment does improve things🤞

hi, I had this test and was told I needed the same treatment as you. I had repeat biopsy which shown the bad bacteria had now gone but still low levels of good bacteria so was told to take another course of probiotics but didn’t need to have a third biopsy. Best of luck with your journey xxx

Thanks for your reply. That's good news that it cleared the bad bacteria. I've just ordered some oral probiotics in addition to the pessaries so hoping it all helps to get things back to normal. It's been an extremely long journey so eager to get things sorted so can get moving again. Xx

hi that’s a good shout make sure you read the instructions on the back of the canesflor too as my clinic told me to just take them for 7 days but think you are then suppose to take for 7 days then one a week which is why they think I may not have built my good bacteria up enough by the time I had the repeat biopsy best of luck xxx

Excellent, I will do. I read somewhere how quickly the balance of bacteria can change very quickly depending on lots of different things, even your period so its probably good to keep it up as a maintenence dose. Thank you xxx
