Week 6 heavy bleeding all of a sudden….😔😔

Everything was going well, in fact past few days I have been very sensible with food smell, continuous nausea. I woke up from my day nap… feeling absolutely wet. I thought it was the progestan but it was light pink discharge. Now this evening when inserting my vaginal progestan pessary, my fingers are full of blood. Absolutely devastated… 😔😔😔 heart broken

Hi this was me last week had my scan and saw a heart beat it’s not all over think positive. I had another bleed with clots Friday now stopped again I’m back of the the EPU for another scan to check it’s going ok. Don’t give up but get a scan just to check at your early pregnancy unit. They can scan from 6 weeks.

Good luck x

Good luck with your scan. I've bled with all my children ( 1 grown up son and 2 daughters) and they never established a reason for my bleeding which was heavy like a period with clots with both daughters . Some women just do bleed in pregnancy all the ladies I know have done and have e all had successful pregnancies. Xx

Jess1981- thank you for your encouraging message. The only thing worrying me- i had two huge clots last night but not a single cramps. In the morning as well, when i wipe myself, there was some blood on the tissue. It’s a real rollercoaster

Bleeding in pregnancy is terrifying especially when it's such a wanted pregnancy . I bled with my daughters till 16 weeks. 😱 The no cramping is really positive 😀the midwives always told me severe cramping was the first sign of a miscarriage. And a bit of spotting/bleeding on its own is much more hopeful. When I had my 3 early losses ( also had a late loss too) I always had severe cramping. With my children I had heavy bleeding but no cramping. Keeping everything crossed you'll just one of these ladies who bleed in pregnancy but baby is fine - it is surprisingly very common. Xx
