It gets better but nobody can tell you exactly when it varies from person to person but for most it starts to improve after the first trimester. There is another group - FertilityNetwork UK Pregnancy Support which is a better place for these types of post as it can be upsetting for women who are still trying and struggling to conceive xxx
It will get better. I was on utrogestan 3 x a day this time round and they made me feel dizzy and nauseous and just poo like you said. I felt better as soon as i was able to stop them. Hang in there. You'll be 12 weeks soon and then your placenta can take over. X
It does get better but then you may find other things kick in like (in my case) insomnia or heartburn. The first trimester is exhausting but that will pass!
