Pain after egg collection

Hi everyone, so I had EC on Wednesday and they collected 9 eggs, but I’m still in quiet a bit of pain, I have managed to walk to the shops and around them today which was great considering yesterday I couldn’t even walk 3 metres, I just feel so uncomfortable and full up all the time if that makes sense, I’m taking paracetamol every 4 hours and have a constant hot water bottle, I really thought it would get better today, every day is a bit better than the day before but still painful? Anyone else experienced this I’m starting to panic now!

I would call your clinic for advice tbh. I had mild ohss after my second collection and it was not fun! They just told me to keep drinking water. I felt like a football. Soooo much water. It did subside by about day 4-5. Hope you feel better soon. X

definitely call your clinic. My wife had ongoing pain and it was because her ovary was infected post EC. Two weeks of anti biotics and she was fine x

I had really bad pain after my first collection like I had been stabbed in the stomach. Took paracetamol and luckily it went after a few days. 3rd collection was painful too but not as bad. Hope you feel better soon
