I had my third embryo transfer on Friday - today is 3dp5dt.
The transfer itself went smoothly but I am not feeling confident as since then I have had no symptoms. I know people say they get a positive with no symptoms, but I have been pregnant twice before (both ended in mc) and had really obvious cramping around implantation, enough to wake me up when I was asleep. Whereas the two transfers that failed I had no symptoms at all.
Can you go straight into a new egg collection after a failed FET without taking a break? My clinic said I could. I would like to as all the waiting is so difficult - but on the other hand I have been on so so many drugs for this transfer maybe it would be better to give my body a bit of a break.

I am just going to be starting a new Fresh cycle straight after another Fresh cycle, I was worried about all the drugs and would my body be ready but some lovely ladies on here reassured me that others do embryo banking and are perfectly fine.
hello, sorry to jump in. Please can you let me know what dose stims you are on? Im thinking about doing another fresh straight after a fresh, but my dose is 450. Not sure if its ladies on lower dose stims who do back to back? Have you heard of back to back for higher dose stims?
hi, My dose is 375 I was on ovaleap and trigger was ovitrelle but this time they are mixing my meds as last time I got 10 eggs only 1 fertilised & didn’t make it to transfer. This time I am on 375 still but taking Ovaleap 250 and menopur 125 and then trigger would be gonasi
thank you! Overleap is the stimulation drug that is more like the natural hormone isn't it? (As opposed to meriofert for instance). Sorry you only had 1 fertilised. I had a round when only 2 fertilised, but my other rounds weren't like that. Was the Overleap to improve quality? Then the new drug regime is meant to improve fertilisation? Hope this works for you xx
I think the menopur is to help mature the eggs more. I had a cycle a few years back and used Gonal F and had my son but my clinics doesn’t use that medication anymore which is annoying as it might of worked if they used the same stuff! (Bug obviously I have aged so it might not of.) think I’m going to Google what vitamins help egg quality too.
So desperate for this time to work as it’s my last go.
Thanks Fairytale, I hadn’t thought of that about back to back banking cycles. I thought they often required a break between those too but good to know you can just roll on. Good luck with your next fresh cycle.
Oh my goodness AdviceforJane this post could have been written by me!
I also had a transfer on Friday (my 4th and 3rd FET) and am also trying my hardest to be positive but feel to scared to hope.
I keep trying to focus on not needing stims again because hopefully this will work but then springing into planning mode for stims should i need it!
I have 2 children and in both those natural pregnancies I had zero symptoms so trying to hold onto the fact that no symptoms doesn't necessarily mean we are out but I totally get the fear!
This cycle I have focused on reducing inflammation and then ate pizza on Friday and now convinced myself I have ruined my chances (even though I know that is ridiculous!!!!)
Really wishing for a positive outcome for us both!!! 🌈🤞 x
