system change just before first ivf

hello everyone,wishing everyone success. my periods and ovulation peaks have been regular 28 days literally until we had the consultation to start our IVF cycle. A few days later I got period at day cd 11( that was 4th July). It's now day 3 3 and still no period and I haven't had an ovulation peak either.

I've just turned 46 and find It hard To believe it's start of menapause but I've had no other symptoms, which is what the GP has suggested. A lady gp put me through to a scan and they found a 4cm cyst on left ovary.

anyone else had a similar situation, what did you do? How long should I wait for my period? And what does it mean for babies which will be my first?
