How many transfers before success?

Hi, I've just done a 5th cycle, and 5th transfer. This is the only cycle i have some embryos to freeze. My last fresh transfer just failed which was my 5th.

How many transfers did it take before your success? xxx

fresh transfer we had a chemical, frozen with embryo clue with 2nd (2 year old boy) and 3rd (bfp 31 weeks). we were very lucky. we now have no more left x

I’m really similar to you. 4 cycles, 4 transfers involving 6 blasts but all BFN. Just had eggs collected for cycle 5 - literally just come out of theatre. We’re going to PGT test them before transfer and also have a ERA/EMMA/ALICE. I had nk cells tested and they were high so I take steroids. Have you had much additional testing? X

Good luck, rest up hope you have a good recovery. I've had immunology tests and also have high NK cells. This cycle i was on intralipids, steriods and asprin to help. It was our best cycle yet in terms of egg numbers, fertilisation and blastocysts. I was hoping all of that would have helped this embryo stick but maybe this just wasn't the one. xxx

I was in almost same protocol (immune) . Changed clinic. Nothing worked. Was my 3 transfer. 4 th loss. I am not sure if I should move forward.

It’s been a long journey for us too. It took 4 transfers for our son (who passed away at 24 weeks). Had one FET earlier this month but it was a chemical. I’m probably going to do a double transfer in September. Fingers and toes crossed it works 🤞🤞
