2 week wait -period cramps and spotting

hello ladies

I hope everyone is hanging in there.

I know there are 1000's of post on the horrific 2ww and it is my 4th time going through the torture. But I have a question-

I had a day 6frozen embryo transfer on the 15th of July the embryo was hatching when transfered.

I have had cramping on and off since day 3 but Sunday I had worse cramps like my period was coming and then last night some spotting.

In myprotocol I has to take ovitrelle on the 19 th July

I'm just wondering if I tested would you think the ovritelle would be out of my ystem?

I never test early as I just try to block it out until oTD after 3 failed transfers already.

my embryo was a day 6 do you think it was to implant it would be done now?

my OTD is Saturday 30th.

thank you ladies

I think just wait until your test day 🤔💜

Normally I would say test at 11 days past transfer (using a FRER) and it should be fairly accurate but you are only a week past a trigger shot (if I read that right you had a trigger 4 days AFTER transfer?) so that could be in your system potentially for another couple of days.

If you test and line is faint it could be the trigger so if you are like me you will likely want to test every day to see what happens so it’s whether or not you are prepared to get on that crazy train or wait it out. Neither easy lovely 🤗 but personal choice wishing you lots of luck for when you do test xxx 💜

Thank you for replying Yes - it sounds a bit odd but the protocol Im on you take a trigger after the transfer ( it is supposed to help with implantation - apparently :-0 ).

I haven’t bought any tests yet - so I’ll try and hold off - I need to keep myself distracted.

Thé 2 week wait never gets easier.

Yeah I’ve heard of that protocol before but never been on it sounds like the longer you can hold off closer to Saturday the more accurate it will be! If you are really struggling for distraction one that really works for me is to Sit down and look at all your bills and see if you can save money somewhere, balance transfer, phone up companies to switch providers get a better deal etc either hours pass and I don’t notice I’ve been doing it so long OR I hate it so much I distract myself by finding something else better to do 🤣 either way I’m not thinking about what’s going on ‘in there’ lol xx

Ha ha that definitely sounds like it would distract me -thank you I will try that today. Im still afraid to bend over too much to pick up anything - it really makes us half mad this journey.

Best of luck at whatever stage you are at. 😘
