Hello ladies, I had a natural FET at a new clinic on Thursday, all very different to any cycle that I've done before. This time the only thing I've been given was a trigger shot immediately after the FET. Has anyone heard or had his themselves?

I'm slowly going out of my mind knowing that I'm going to get positive tests all week and wasn't allowed to have any progesterone support following transfer. Symptoms are almost non-existent so struggling to keep my hopes up.

Hi MrsTM. Try not to worry about lack of symptoms, as they usually kick in later. The symptoms women usually feel come from using progesterone. If you are worried, then speak to your clinic re the progesterone. Meanwhile keep up with any prescribed medication and test on the day recommended by your clinic. Good luck! Diane

Thanks Diane. Such a different situation to last time. I'm not sure if you can remember but last time I thought I was out as well and that little embryo is now four. The clinic I'm at don't recommend progesterone support because of risk of Austim if the embryo turned out to be male.. I've never heard that before anywhere else. Just trying to trust the experts.
