Hi everyone, can anyone tell me that in case of endometriosis, adenomyosis and low AMH how many embryos should be transfer? Single or double? What could be the chances of transferring 2 embryos at a time?

Hi Trisha,

I have very low AMH and severe endometriosis and I'm 39 years old and just at the last IVF cycle (recently) my clinic suggested to transfer 2 embryos. But that didn't result in pregnancy anyway. I think it's best to speak with the clinic.

Wish you all the best! xxx
