Could this be over now!!

So today I’m 6 weeks 4 days I’ve been fine all day just the usual bloating and trying to get over a cold I’ve had since Sunday!!!

Went to the toilet and I’m bleeding I knew this wasn’t going to last…. Doc said rest and she will try doing a scan tomorrow and not too worry!! How can I not worry I’m bleeding please little ones stay with me.

Has anyone had bleeding but everything been ok??

UPDATE……….

So they couldn’t find where the bleed was coming from but both babies were there…

1st baby heartbeat was 132bpm nice and strong but 2nd is quite behind at 92bpm can anyone relate to this??

I've seen loads of stories of bleeding, even quite heavy bleeding, that weren't miscarriage. There's no way you won't be worried, but it's not necessarily game over. Everything crossed for tomorrow for you xxx

I don’t think I’m that lucky to have a bleed and everything still be ok I’m so scared to go and have a scan incase I see nothing there thank you for helping xxx

It's almost easier to assume the worst in a situation like this. It's like it's too painful to hold on to a bit of hope in case it is bad news at the scan. But the rest of us on here will all be hoping for you, even if you don't feel you can let yourself xxx

Hi hun that’s so lovely of you to say I think the worst as I’ve never had any positives to show in previous 6 cycles and now when I think we have done it this happens this morning the bleeding is pink but I feel ok in myself xxx

Hi, I had a bleed at 5 weeks and 7 weeks and everything was fine. The bleeding lasted for about 5 days a time was a mixture of red and brown. I've seen ladies on here have heavier bleeding and everything fine. Fingers crossed for you x

Thanks hun did you have a lot of pain of just the bleed it’s so worrying the doc said it could be 1 of the embryos coming away or could mean nothing who knows hopefully I can have a scan today xxx

Hi there, I did have bleeding at week 10 and even passed a clot which I was convinced was the embryo. I went to the EPU on a Friday and had to wait the whole weekend before I was scanned. I totally get how nerve wracking the wait is. All was fine for me.

Bleeding is always super terrifying but it doesn't necessarily mean the end of things. We had some bleeding early on - light pink, brown, red, you name it. Never a huge amount but enough to be pretty worried multiple times. I took it super super easy (pretty sure one bleed was because of some heavy lifting) and the scans showed two haematoma so that was the source of the blood. I also had some bleeding after early scans from irritation. All was well though and those haematoma had shrunk or disappeared by the time I had my 12 week scan.

I had a bleed about the same time as you, lasted a day, then next morning was pink and light spotting when i went into clinic to get scanned. It was a little SCH they could actually see the on the scan, after IVF and miscarriages it was terrifying. i am now 23 weeks.

Hay hope your OK. There's lots of people who bleed hun it's very common in ivf . Happened to us and we are 23 weeks today so please try not to worry xx

I had a bit of bleeding a few times. It is also a bit more common with twins as they can cause a fair bit of damage implanting. Fingers crossed its just this for you.xxx

Hi hun can you remember what your twins heartbeat was at 6+3 days? My 1st was 132bpm 2nd was 92bpm not so good xx

Oh gosh I have no idea, sorry! I was only allowed heartbeats at 9wks. Just hang on in there, it's early days and your second little one only showed face recently! Lots of love, such a stressful time. Have you another scan planned?xxxx

I have another scan on 1st July I think the doctor was hoping the heartbeat would be alot higher at this point xxx

I had a few occasions of pink, red a d brown. It scared the shit out of me so I know how you feel. I hope you're taking it as easy as you can do. Good luck Friday, let us know how you get on.xxx

I had two bleeds, one at 6 weeks bright red, and medium amount. Then at 8 weeks a huge gush of a bleed, with a large amount (more than a period in one go). Bub was 🙂 fine..I just upped a bit of progesterone..

Hi hun they said it could go either way hopefully the 2nd one catches up just the bleeding is annoying me and so worrying!! Got another scan 1st July xxx

Hi there - at 7 weeks both my twins were the same heart rate - 150 something I think. It’s possible if the smaller one is a day or two behind then that would account for the 92bpm but I know my clinic said anything less than 110bpm could go either way x
