Our clinic have said it’s up to us if we choose

Prolutex x 1 in morning and 1 at night

Or

Utrogestan x2 in morning and 2 at night + 1 x prolutex in the afternoon.

They are saying that it will equal the same thing. Anyone advice on which way to go?

Hi Boo. My choice would be less intervention, so morning and evening which is regular. Don't think I would want to be fiddling around several times a day! Good luck with whichever you choose. Diane
