Help tips for nausea

Yellowbellow1212 profile image

Hi everyone I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for intense nausea. I am 13weeks pregnant and the nausea is just non stop morning time night. It’s driving me mad. I rarely vomit but the feeling that it never stops is just the worst.

If anyone has any advice or tips !

Thank you so much

Hi, I’m 18 weeks now and I was the exact same up until 13w4d. It was literally morning till night but I was vomiting to. The thing that I found that helped me was, ginger nut biscuits, love heart sweets, eating little but often and sleep haha. I hope it clears up for you soon ❤️

I know I thought it was crazy but I would of literally tried anything. I was shocked but I definitely got some relief from them and it’s one of my cravings at the minute to. I read it on a few different forums and had to try haha.

Aww I hope it does to, it’s the worst feeling. You should definitely start feeling some relief heading in to your second trimester x

Mine was the same last year and I’m 5w4d and it started on Friday. I find grapes help and miso soup. I piled on so many pounds last year eating salt and vinegar crisps so going to try and stay away from those this time!

I hope it ends for you soon! 🙏🏻Xxx

It’s my first pregnancy and at the moment eating whatever I can eat ! It’s more sugar and sweet food that seem to help the nausea with me. Good luck for you !!

Little and often helps but agree it’s awful. It was like this for 18 weeks with my son so I really hope it’s not that long this time as I’m only 8 weeks now and it’s so hard looking after a toddler while I feel like this. Bland yellow food tends to work although I also find myself craving tangy fruits like pineapple or mango which I did in my first pregnancy too. I promise once it’s done you’ll feel amazing - I felt invincible by 20 weeks last time!

Yes everyone tells me after I will feel great. I also had massive craving of super fruity stuff melon and mango !! That must be hard with a toddler 😳 hope it’s not too hard !!

Hi, Sorry you are feeling bad and I hope you find a solution. Just to make you aware that there is a separate group for Pregancy After Fertility Issues which I think is more suitable for this type of question. Having it here may trigger people who are not quite "there" yet xx

Thank you for mentioning this. I got so much grief off of other women when I asked why posts like these were ok and my post got deleted, yet it’s still happening x

As Skittles mentioned, we do have a separate group which would be a better place for any questions about pregnancy. You can find it here - healthunlocked.com/fertilit...
