*Sensitive* Viability Scan (DE Treatment)

Just wanted to update all you lovely ladies with our progress so far. You’ve been a wonderful support & I’m so grateful to those who’ve reached out and got in touch, it’s so heartwarming 🥰. And so lovely to hear from the old timers 😂…we’ve been on this treadmill a loooong time!

We had our viability scan this week and all went well. A strong heartbeat and measurements exactly as per dates. Such a huge relief!!

So far:

4 own egg cycles (x1 NHS successful and x3 private all BFN) 2018-2021

3 IVF clinics and x3 2nd opinions

Huge and difficult decision to go donor egg treatment (2021)

x3 DE transfer (x1 MMC, x1 BFN and now 7+2 🤞🙏🍀🌟)

Countless injections, supplements, acupuncture and reflexology sessions, counselling and a fertility nutritionist (even went gluten free!! 🙄🤦‍♀️ - but seemed to work 🤷‍♀️😂).

I’m praying our fertility journey will finally be over and have a happy ending.

Just want to say I’m here for anyone that is considering going the DE route. DM any time. The moment our embryos were created they were mine. I was as emotional for each transfer as for my own egg cycles. And our little embie currently growing (🙏) is as much as mine as my daughter is. Willing it on with all my heart ❤️.

Will move to the pregnancy group but want to wish each of you all the best in your journey…which ever direction it takes you. There’s always hope even if you take an unexpected path 🌈

Managed to get to 12 weeks. Our 12 week scan was perfect! All as it should be. Hope you’re ok and best of luck for rest of your treatment xx

Thanks lovely! I was soooo nervous. Especially after a friend announced her pregnancy last night via a group whatsapp. She’s only a week ahead of me. I was convinced our scan would be bad news 🙄, typical IVF pessimist. But phew 😅…all good. We’re cautiously excited. Good luck with yours xx
