Help! Can't remember if I took my midday Provames (estrogen), what do I do??

Hi,

So today was my beta but we don't have results back yet so even though it's OTD today, I still don't know if I'm pregnant or not.

Anyway, I can't remember if I took my midday Provames (estrogen). This was an FET, and I am on three pills a day, morning, noon, and night. But I can't remember if I took the noon one or not!!

What should I do? Is it better to skip a dose, or accidentally take a double dose???

Any advice??

I've been here before! I completely missed one of my estrogen tablets during my 2WW on a FET. My clinic said it'd be fine though and to take the next dose as normal. Can you ask them for advice when they call with your results?

Otherwise I usually count backwards in the pack and know if I should have an even or odd number left. You could try that if you have the packet?
