High prolactin results. What does it all mean?

Just found out I have high level of prolactin 1200. Not sure of the range but dr said top end is 600. I am trying to conceive. Have no symptoms apart from headaches. I have UAT and PCOS. I’m not really sure what it all means. I’m 39

There are many reasons for high prolactin levels UAT [Under Active Thyroid ] & PCOS can cause your levels to be high - there may also be other reasons Get in touch with clinic and ask the Doctor to explain this to you and how your treatment will progress from here Wishing you well for the future

Thanks. Dr is doing repeat bloods said if they come up high then I need to be referred to an Endo. Guess it’s a wait and see game and researching
