HCG 100+ 13DPT what does it mean?!

Currently undergoing ivf. My clinic just called and told me that my HCG levels are 100+, it should be 200+ in order for them to confirm the pregnancy. Is this a normal level? I’m worried and feeling very down.

hCG can vary from person to person....anything over 25 is classed as pregnant however the magic question is to whether your hCG continues to rise....they usually look for it to double every 48-72hours. I presume they are going to recheck in a couple of days?! Congratulations for now and fingers crossed things progress well for you, good luck! Thanks! Yes, I need to go for another blood test on sat. This is my 5th ivf cycle and all this while, I have been getting negatives and 1 chemical pg, so I’m really hoping and praying that it’ll work this time! Sigh.

Ive got my fingers crossed for you! Ive had 4 BFN's and 1BFP which ended in a miscarriage in February so can completely relate to how you're feeling. Its such a nerve racking time for us and very tiring! Best of luck.xxx

Thank you! Yes we've have been doing IVF since May 2016 so have a few cycles under my belt now! Hoping to do another transfer in June as we have renewed hope after getting our first BFP.xx

All the best! It’s a long and painful (& costly) journey, huh? I’ve been ttc since 2016 too, had an ectopic and lost a tube so decided to try ivf. Thought it wld be easier but boy was I wrong.

Hi Seha. My hcg is 126 and my dr confirmed my pregnancy. Waiting for my scan and everything will be clear then. For now, I'm trying not to worry to avoid any issues.

Hi SunnyDream! Thanks for sharing ur story and congrats! Hope everything will work out well for u! I hope it’ll be fine for me too.. did my blood test earlier today and they told me tt my hcg is 100+ and I’ll need to take another blood test 2 on sat. They said that they can’t confirm my pregnancy as normally the no.s wld have reached 200+ at 13DPT.

I am very sorry for such bad news! You know, I made one more hcg and it doesn't grow. I think that and for me, it will be the end. Of course, I still have a bit of hope and my dr says that we should wait for the scan as there may be a chance but...
