Hi, it’s my official test day today and pregnant which makes me just over 4 weeks, I have bad lower back pain and some cramps, should I be worried? I am on crinone gel twice a day, could it be a side effect to that x

4 weeks pregnant and bad back pain
Could it be your Bowels? I had awful bowel pain early on which felt awful x
I don’t know about crinone gel side effects or what it’s for but cramps can be normal in early pregnancy. With my first pregnancy I was as worried as you because it felt like I was getting my period but no blood came. When I turned 5 weeks I went to the EPU at my local hospital just to check and the yolk sac was there. That’s all they could see but booked me for another 2.5 weeks later. So if you’re worried then I’d suggest going to your local hospital EPU
Maybe a bit of constipation -drink plenty of fluids If pain persists get in touch with clinic for advice Good luck

How did you get on Vicky. I’m 4 weeks with lower back ache now x
On my OTD and 2 days later I had such intense lower back pain! I went to bed to try and ignore it as I was worrying so much. Must have been a good sign as I now have 3 month old twins! So could be little one burrowing deeper 🤞🏽
