HCG medication

Hi all

I have some hcg medication left over I was planning to try some TSI at home. The HCG medication however is out of date by a month. It hasn't been opened .. I assume this medication will still be OK as I have heard there is always a grace period with these best before dates? Thoughts?

If it has been stored unopened at the proper temperature, then personally I think it’s fine. The U.S. military did some tests a while back on over the counter meds like pain relievers and cold medicine. They found that the meds were just as potent and effective for over a year past their expiration date. I know it’s not quite the same thing, but it leads me to believe those dates are not set in stone.

Hi letro. I would check if it's OK to do that even if it is for your own use. Diane
