Hip/pelvic aches 8DP6DT? Has anyone ever experienced this?

I have been struggling a fair bit with very achy hips this afternoon/evening. It was even apparent when walking and when I was at work (clinical NHS, so very active during the day) and I’ve never experienced this. This is my third transfer, and this is quite an intense discomfort I’ve never experienced before. It’s not pain, it’s just achy. I’m getting it across the groin (both sides) and outer hips, down into the thighs a little. Even feels a bit tender deep in the pelvis between the vagina and anus. The sensation in the uterus is full and heavy, and has been crampy on and off and feels like it’s got a throb/pulse-like feeling?

I’ve tested and I’ve not been convinced by some squinters two days ago, but not tested today.

Any ideas as to what it can be? I’d be really grateful for anyones input as I don’t want it to be anything to worry about and just ignore it.

Thank you 🥰

Hi, did you have a fresh cycle? I would speak to your clinic and explain how you've been feeling to make sure your ovaries are all ok and the pains are not linked to where you had your egg collection. My clinic told me your follicles can fill back up with liquid ans can cause discomfort. Could be this??

Good luck through your 2ww xx

Thanks for the reply, it’s my third FET. I’ve never had a fresh cycle, so I’m confused as never felt these sensations before? So strange.

After I replied to you I went on a short dog walk and realised how achy my pelvis was while walking! So could definitely be a pregnancy symptom, first day I've had that. Been quite crampy today too, not painful just enough to notice. I'm 12dp3dt I had my positive pregnancy test on day 7. Its my first ivf cycle was a fresh cycle still in a little shock and feeling like its too good to be true at the moment. My friend went through ivf, she had a few cycles and her last cycle she had negative tests up until the her official test date with the clinic. Clinic said she was out however she had her positive the day after!! Hers was a day 5 transfer too, she thinks was just a late implanter, she has a beautiful baby boy now. Stay hopeful maybe your hormones just haven't built up! Lots of babydust to you X

Thank you so much! I really appreciate you replying! Congrats on your BFP, I can only hope that mines comes soon (this round or not). I did test this evening, I got this. No clue if it’s a line, indent, evap, or nothing. I’m so confused! Haha! I guess I am back to the waiting again!

I can only hope. I have very little hope left for this round and would be pleasantly surprised by a positive test. I thought I had a vfl Sunday, but negative Monday. So it’s either all progesterone or I haven’t actually gotten my BFP yet.
