Spoke to the nurse today about my short cycle and they don’t seem to bothered said the cycle protocol will stay the same. I will start progesterone pessaries 48hrs after LH surge.
Is this quite a standard time to start the progesterone?
TIA jo x

I’m doing a natural FET, although I did opt for the trigger shot. I’ll start cyclogest day of transfer. As I’m not taking any medication they said my body will produce what it needs to. They are giving me the cyclogest as support due to my last transfer ending in miscarriage.I think all clinics are different and go by your own history and circumstances.
Good luck 🤞
Yeah this is standard. They need the lining to be ready and the progesterone is taken 2 days post LH surge - regardless of length of cycle
Hi, I started it on the Saturday and had the transfer the following Wednesday, but my clinic really weren’t that bothered on me using progesterone at all. It was only because I asked for it that they prescribed it. I’m in the UK (private clinic) if that helps (seems to be a lot of variation in what’s done in different countries).
