Repeted Implantation failure

So u unfortunatley my last FET failed again. Not even a sign of implantation.

So far We transfered 6 embryos and not even 1 stuck. 5 embryos were day 3 and one a perfectly normal pgs tested embryo. Im lost on what to do next.

Era test done

Hsg done

Mri of uterine cavity done

Genetics for both done

Anyone been trough the same? Any experiences?

We have 2 more embryos in freezer and I wish to give them the best chance.

My doctor keeps saying we have done everything but I refuse to beleive it💔

Hi Lorita, I’m sorry to hear about your cycles. It’s so hard.I was in exactly the same situation as you in April. 5 transfers down and not a single positive, ERA/HSG/ karaotyping/good quality embryos. Then I had my immune profile done, identified high NK cells in the blood and did our 6th transfer in July with steroids and intralipids. First ever BFP. We did PGS testing for this cycle too.

Have you thought of immune testing? Xxx

Thankyou so much for replying. I have been pushing for Imune testing but my doctor keeps saying Its useless. Is the Imune testing a blood test? Did you only test nk celles? I thinking of moving forward with the test without docs concent as I feel That is our issue. I ovulate.. Tubes open... Good amh, hubbys sperm ok and in 7 years trying never got a positive test neither natural nor ivf

So we did the full immune panel which is NK cells, cytokines and a few other things which I can’t remember but it’s called the Chicago blood panel. All blood rather than biopsy of endometrium. The main thing highlighted in my results were the raised NK cells. There are clinics that specialise in immune treatment (are you london based?) which you could go alongside an FET with your own clinic.

For us it was the last piece of the puzzle as we’d literally tested everything else.

I think a lot of doctors don’t really believe in this testing or treatment, but I think that’s because there’s no real concrete research been done. But I know a lot of people who have been in the same situation as me and had success with the introduction of steroids xx

Thankyou so much for sharing. Im based in Malta so nothing compared to london clinics here. My option would be to travel there. Ill start by checking if this Chicago test is done here❤️

You’re welcome my lovely. I hope you can find somewhere that will at least test it. You might be able to get your dr to prescribe low dose prednisolone just to try without testing. Some clinics will agree to that. I was on 20mg a day then tapered off from week 11 to 14 xx

Hello Lorita,

Did you test with pas only one embryon or all of them ?

Or maybe ask for caryotype testing for you and your husband ?

I agree with the other ladies. I did an autoimmune protocol to suppress my immune system - including a steroid, claritin and pepcid. I also was tested for factor v leiden and anti phospholipids because I would get pregnant and miscarry over and over. Even with a tested embryo. My guess for you is that nk cells or immunity issues are affecting you, and intralipids and steroids will help. But I definitely think more can be done and your BFP is coming!!
