What is going on??

Hi I'm taking ovulation tests every day and getting these different results... Has anyone have this happen to them? I am breast feeding.. if that helps.

Hi Shaze12 If breast feeding exclusively ovulation kit results are invalid as you will not ovulate [release an egg] When not breast feeding every 4-6 hours & when baby starts to take solids & taking less breast milk and your periods restart then you can use the ovulation kits to see if you have ovulated Hope this is helpful

Hi my baby is on solids. And is taking breast milk less.. I have had 2 periods so far but then not had one for a few months. Would it still be invalid?

No as your periods have returned you will be ovulating Make sure your pee is a concentrated one ie first thing in the morning to get a good results Good luck for the future

So even though I have not had a period for a few months it's valid? And also the last test I took on the bottom was from my first wee.

Hi there is it possible that your body is trying to ovulate but not managing due to the breastfeeding hormones? Does your baby feed during the night?I am not TTC at the moment but i get on and off ewcm as if always on the verge of ovulation but actually i don't think it manages to happen ..

Yea he feeds during the night. See thats how I feel like its trying to ovulate... If I get a solid smiley would that mean I have ovulated... My GP said u actually can conceive when breastfeeding...
