Nine days after FET and bleeding heavy

Please help if you experience something like this. I started spotting on Monday which was my day 7 after FET. Today it became very heavy and just spoke to clinic and was told its too early for test as its supposed to be next Tuesday 12th October and to continue with cyclogest pessaries rectaly until the test day. She also said she has seen women bleeding and tested positive but it doesn't make sense to me as I am bleeding heavy from today, how can I test positive. Can't stop crying all day, I know its all over 😞😢

I’m so sorry you’re going through this and just want to give you a hug. In august I started bleeding 9 days after the transfer and I was told the same but knew something wasn’t right. I did a home test and started the grieving process before bloods. Do whatever helps you get through this and please know you’re not alone and so many of us are on this difficult journey together. Your time will come ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you so much for your kind words, it means a lot ❤️Yes, we are all on this difficult journey as you said and here to support each other. It's just so hard when you put all your hopes into it. I didn't think I will start bleeding so early, day 7 😞. I was hoping maybe it was Implantation bleeding but when it became heavy today I knew 😢

You’ll get through this. If this cycle doesn’t work out take the time to grieve and then think about next steps…❤️After my first cycle I was told nothing about the possibility of bleeding happening during the 2ww so it was a total shock and heartbreak. The dr and forums also said it could be implantation bleeding but it felt too late for that. Sending you hugs my dear ❤️❤️

I’m so so sorry…. I recently had the same, spotting on day 7 and then heavy bleeding from day 8. In my case it wasn’t good news, but I have heard of women who after heavy bleeding still got a positive! Never made sense to me either but it does happen…. Fingers crossed , and wishing you strength 💪🤞 xx

Im so sorry, I had this on my fresh transfer. I started bleeding 7dp5dt my clinic said the same but I knew something wasn't right. As someone has said start the grieving process now then you can start looking forward. Women have had bleeding and a bfp but I don't know how common it is x

Exact same happened to me. My transfer was on September 26th, one week after, on October 3d I started spotting and thought it could be implantation bleeding but later that night I started bleeding just like my period. Since I already had gone through implantation spotting three years ago when pregnant with my daughter I knew this was different. On Monday I called my doctor’s office to let them know it hadn’t worked and they called me back the following day telling me to please keep taking the medication (progesterone) because there had been cases of heavy bleeding and a positive. I kept bleeding with heavy cramps until today (the day of my beta) I took a pregnancy test at home just like I did the last time but this time it came out negative so I already know beta will come out negative too. It has been heartbreaking for us. We still have a frozen embryo but I am terrified to pursue another transfer to have the same outcome. My advice at this point is to do as the doctor says, if beta comes out negative ask for further studies before jumping into the next try. We will be doing just that. There are multiple exams to check your tubes, uterus, etc.

We won’t give up and try again but there is a grieving process that needs to be done too. I wish you the best of luck. Sending lots of love your way!

I am sorry you are going through this. I had a very similar experience with both a fresh and a frozen transfer. In my case they were both failed cycles. This doesn't mean it's going to be the same for you. In this forum I read many times about bleeding and then testing positive. Please follow your clinic's advice.

Hi Nena81, I’m so sorry this happened to you 😞Our 3rd transfer failed this wk aswell & today was my test day but I already knew it was over. I had been spotting since 4dpt & heavy bleeding started 11dpt

Ohhh, I am so sorry what you are going through. We are both devastated as well but it will get better you know that. I had to leave my work yesterday as couldnt stop crying to every staff member that asked me am I ok as they could all see tears in my eyes. Finally one of them told me woman go home are you crazy to be here after what you are going through. Can't stop asking myself did I do something wrong. I really had bad thoughts in my head yesterday, feeling that it will never happen and what have we done in this life to deserve this. But from this morning I am picking myself up and trying to think more positive. After I see you all ladies going through the same difficult journey I feel support and stronger as not alone ❤️❤️❤️. Pick yourself up, make a coffee and lets get together in another journey that will hopefully give us our positives 😊

I am right there with u lovely! My head was all over the place on Monday. I’m fortunate that I’m still working from home so just balled my eyes out at my desk. I am so proud of you for making it 2 work but yeah, u nd a lil time 2 recover 💞Every day it gets a little bit easier & we will b strong enough to go again. I’ve just asked 4 a counselling appointment as I’ve struggled this time around so maybe you could consider also if ur clinic offers.

I am beyond grateful 4 this group as the support from people who just get it is priceless!!

Thank you all so much ladies ❤️ This forum is really blessing as we can all give each other support and share our experiences. I really didn't think its going to hit me soooo hard. I was prepared for everything as my situation is really hard. I operated fibroids 7 times and keep coming back. I still have some but thankfully all the ones in the uterus are removed so this was our maybe one and only chance as fibroids could grove back again 😞😢. That is why they transfered two to give me more chance but unfortunately it didn't happen for us. I even thought when bleeding started maybe I am losing one but the other one will stick but after last night and bleeding getting heavier and heavier all hope is lost. 😞
