Morning, we used Access fertility as they had a range of packages. We went for a package that had 2 rounds, so if the first one didn’t work, we had a back up. Luckily we got lucky on our first round but I think if we didn’t do it we would of needed it!! 🤪

I would recommend it, good customer service and just what we needed at the time. Hope that helps x

I’ve also used them! Really simple in terms of payment/set up and good customer service - all questions clearly answered and we had a LOT. The price plans are really overwhelming to start with, it’s such a gamble but like Luna11 we also went for 2 rounds and thought that if we got pregnant on the first round we wouldn’t really care about the money lost. Although I appreciate I’m in a very privileged position to be able to do that and feel that way. Plus we felt that psychologically we wouldn’t have all our hopes on 1 round only which would help with the mental struggles around the process. One thing to note, which was a real clincher for us, is that the package we chose included all fresh and frozen transfers from 2 rounds - you have to have exhausted everything from the first round before you start the second round. I think the costs for frozen transfers can be significant so including those really made it feel like a good deal. We’re currently in a deferred cycle due to mild OHSS but we have 6 Frosties to play with ahead of a second round. Hope this helps. Best of luck.

Yes, I've gone with them. I was too old for any of the refunds-if-no-baby packages so just did their multicycle deal of 2 cycles. If you're younger and/or get a good number of blastocysts from a cycle it would save you lots, since as Bookbroad says you get all your frozen transfers included. Not so relevant for me as I've never had anything to freeze, only fresh blastocysts transferred on Day 5 (or even no blastocysts at all...). But even knowing that, it's still definitely worth it, for us, on price alone. For our 2 cycles of IVF with ICSI through Access we are saving at least 2.5 k on the price of the exact same packages with the clinic direct. I also find them very clear (just read your Ts and Cs, naturally 😘) and professional xx

I’m on the 2 year unlimited cycles plan, only have 90 days left (received an email from them today) and if we don’t have a successful pregnancy we get our money back. For us it hadn’t worked yet and we are rapidly running out of time. The only consolation from this is that we are going to get our money back.

I am using Access Fertiliry at the moment. Am on cycle nr 2. We pre-paid for 3 cycle programme. Really worth it I'd say as chances to get a pregnancy first time round are slim so you'd probably need more than 1 cycle. Also, like someone mentioned, it is such a comforting reassurance to know that you will get your money back if you are not succesful. Noone wants to give money back so clinics are really trying their best to make it a success :)
