PROXEED FOR WOMEN AND MEN.

Dear all.

So my AHM is 3.9 and husband's swimmers has got big heads( Sorry don't know medical term for it).

We are wondering if Proxeed will help? Anyone used Proxeed? Any good?

Hey, my husband used proxeed for 4 months before our recent ivf round. His sample improved by 20% (think mainly motility) so definitely recommend. I haven’t used the women one xx

We haven't used Proxeed ourselves but I know some urologists recommend it so I think it's a good product. For your husband, I would suggest:

-1 sachet Proxeed per day

-1 Impryl per day

-1 spoonful of cod liver oil per day

The cod liver oil is especially important as sperm with big heads have missing/deformed acrosomes (a protective 'cap' around the head of the sperm which helps it fertilise an egg), and the cod liver oil helps support the formation of the acrosome.

It will take a minimum of three months before you see any results so get him started asap.

For you, I would also take 1 Impryl per day, as it's been shown to help increase AMH.

Hi Hun . Thank you for your time and reply. I didn't know all of those. Your advice much appreciated 😍 I just found out that my husband bought plenty of cod oil. Just need to order now proxeed for both of us 😍 Xx
