Haven’t posted before but have been lurking in background reading all your posts and you all seem so supportive,
So, very briefly my AMH is around 4.7. Not had it tested in a while. Going through 1st round of IVF on day 5 of stimulation 450 menopur.
Scan today and lining was great but said I only have one big follicle. Two smaller ones they hope will catch up and two that are very tiny that they don’t think will do anything.
Anybody had similar and have a success story to share? It all feels very out of my control at the moment. Trying to stay positive 🤞🏼

Hi yep, first fresh round (short protocol on low meds) I had one big at the first scan and not much else. Upped meds and around day 10 I had some more little ones and they all caught up eventually - got 9 eggs. Next round I started on higher meds but they wanted to cancel at first scan as I already had one big follicle (15mm) and they said I would waste the round on one egg or it would be a cyst. I kept going because of the previous round and again more appeared. The big one calmed down and the others caught up. Had 9 follicles including some very small ones, and got 5 eggs. Both times I stimmed for 17 days. It's a weird reaction but when mine finally get going they grow really fast so hopefully it'll be the same for you.
Thanks so much for your reply, back tomorrow for another scan so we shall see then 🤞🏼
Hello, I’m on day 9 today so not sure where my journey will go, but wanted to say hello and try and offer some reassurance. I had my first scan last Friday D5 and had 4 follicles around 8mm, amh is 5. Went yesterday and now have 10 follicles, 2 at 11 and rest either 8-10 or smaller, but a lot of change from Friday. So keep going!!!xx
