So today we are 7 days post icsi morula x2 transfer and I'm having to wear a sanitary towel as the bleeding is now like my period, which is actually due today 😔 didn't think it would come yet with being on cyclogest! Test day is Tuesday but I think I've lost all hope that it has worked. With bleeding heavy and clots 3x going toilet on transfer day I think then I kind of lost hope. Then having light bleeding all week (when I wipe) I had it in my head it had failed but still had that little bit of hope inside me. Well today has just 99% assured me to expect the worst on Tuesday 😔

Day 7 post transfer- Period?
Hi Aame7800 sorry to hear you are going through this stressful time. Have you spoken to your clinic at all? I haven’t had the exact experience but I did have a heavy bleed, lots of fresh blood and large clots at 5 and a half weeks - I thought I’d miscarried. Clinic doubled my cyclogest and I started on lubion injections - I am now 13 weeks pregnant with our miracle rainbow baby. I guess I just wanted to say what we consider a heavy bleed isn’t always what a medical person would and perhaps this could be implantation bleeding? Keep on the meds and looking after yourself and just do whatever you can to get to test day. Really hoping for a positive outcome for you xxx
Congratulations on your pregnancy 😀 and thanks for your reply.
My clinic is closed at weekends so I can't speak to anyone. I could email but they won't pick it up until tomorrow.
I did message them Wednesday about light bleeding and they just said it's unlikely to be to do with the embryo at that stage and to keep up with meds and test on 17th. But obviously now with heavy bleeding and it actually being my due period date yesterday and just all fits together. I did do a clear blue test this morning but it was negative.
I presume it would be to late now for my cyclogest to be increased. Xx
Oh that’s a bummer - is there not an emergency number to use out of hours to get through to a consultant? I’m not sure if or when it would be too late to increase the meds. I know being in limbo is awful, thinking of you xx
No they don't on a Sunday. Anything urgent I need to go A&E. Annoying really that there isn't support over a weekend. Xx
Hmm that is frustrating. Sometimes just being able to talk these things through with the medical experts can help. I would call them in the morning. Sorry to not be able to think of any more advice or help xx
