Really feeling for all the ladies who are getting cycles cancelled due to coronavirus. Absolutely awful and my heart goes out because it must be devastating. My clinic also looked on the verge of shutting down. I give it another week or so. My dad said to me today (after transfer) that he was worried our transfer might not go ahead, which was lovely of him. And interesting - I don't think I was worrying about that 2 weeks ago!
ANYWAY from my 11 eggs and 7 fertilised, I somehow only got 1 (3BB grade) that was good enough to transfer today? I was absolutely shocked. I was hoping for 4 blastocysts, realistically thinking 3, and 2 worst worst case scenario (got 2 blastocysts on both last 2 cycles with only 6 eggs).... so 1 was not expected. Oh well. Made it to transfer, which is the main thing. And I SUPER can't complain with everything else going on. I am very very happy I have my little one safe on board with me today. They will update me on the other ones tomorrow, but not holding out much hope. But MAYBE only one has made it because this is the ONE! Our little Neo (Matrix Neo - we're not calling it Neo).

So glad you made it to transfer Emmie π A mission in itself!
I can see why you were a bit shocked only getting one blastocyst with your past history but as we all know it only takes one and you have the best one back where it belongs π Wishing you all the best for the 2ww xxxx
Thanks. I think about my emotions of having only 1 compared to say 2, and then I think about my emotions of having NONE compared to 1, and it is helping me to put it in perspective and I am so so grateful. In a positive place, just wasn't expecting it. xxxx
Well done on getting through your transfer! Making it to the transfer is a rollercoaster in itself, so try to enjoy the success!! π€ Sorry you didn't get as many as you wanted today, but crossing my fingers for more good news tomorrow! I'm not an expert on grading, but sounds like the one you had transferred has a good shotπ€π xxxxxx
Thanks Chel! Happy we got to transfer! Especially with everything going on atm! Our nurse heavily hinted they might close in a week or so, soooooo I'm feeling very lucky and grateful right now. x
Oh my love! Delighted that you made it!! I'm so sorry you only have the one but please let this little one settle in!!ππ»ππ» Come on Neo!!ππxx
Iβm so glad you made it to transfer with all this madness, and given how so many clinics are shutting down π
By the way, my little lobster was a 3BB β€οΈπ€π»ππ€π»ππ€π»ππ€π»ππ€π»ππ€π»So it CAN DEFINITELY HAPPEN! And Iβm keeping all my fingers and toes crossed for you Hun! Xxxx ππππππππ
So happy our clinic was continuing this cycle up to transfer. Our nurse said they probably won't start with the next round (everyone's cycles are synced up). I am not leaving the house until I either get a negative test (by which time none of us will be allowed to leave the house anyway) or until this whole coronavirus thing is over (months away!!). I'm keeping my little bubba safe as houses. My house. πππ
Ha ha! Iβm the same - the first 2 days Iβm like βthis is totally fine, Iβm going to remain calm throughout this 2wwβ. Then by day 3 Iβm googling like a crazy woman and by day 6 I am a woman possessed, peeing on sticks left right & centre!! πππ
Aw, no tips Iβm afraid lovely, except the usual - no heavy exercise etc. I did read though that beetroot is supposed to be good for increasing Oxygen to the uterus and I drank beetroot shots on my second transfer & got a BFP... probably nothing to do with the beetroot but Itβs another portion of veg for the day so it canβt hurt & every little helps (warning though, it is revolting! π€’π)
I have a feeling though that it is very happy in there already. I have a good feeling about this one for you π xx
