4 weeks getting cramps and some bleeding

Hey, needing advice/reassurance..

Long story but i got a BFP last Friday after conceiving naturally straight after my first miscarriage at 6 weeks (this was from my 1st round of IVF).

My blood results today for my HCG was 412 but I’m so worried if another miscarriage as ive been having cramping on and off since Friday and for the past 2 days ive had pinkish discharge. Today I had a bit that was also slightly brown in colour.

I didn’t have it like this previously so I wonder if anyone has any advice or been through this. I think I’m 4 weeks today calculating from when I ovulated

Hey. It is very hard to tell at this point. Are you going to get your bloods repeated? Try to relax as much as you can and keep occupied. All the best hun x

Well I saw my GP last night and I asked about this but she said they won’t do bloods unless they think it’s a miscarriage. I got my bloods done by the IVF clinic even though they said cause it was done naturally this time it’s not really with them anymore but they wanted to check for me and have now offered a scan in 3 weeks (I think I’ll be 7 weeks by this point but still unsure) as they know I won’t see a midwife for a while and my GP wasn’t very helpful.I’m just resting today and taking it easy
