Transfer day bleeding

Hi. This is my 2nd treatment of ICSI after our 1st was successful and we have a 2 and half year old little girl. This round has been more different from the first for various reasons. However, I had 2 Embryos transfered this morning. Both hadn't quite reached it to blastocyst stage so recommendation was to transfer both. This evening at about 8pm I went for a wee and it was bright red blood with a clot. I rang out of hours nurse and whilst waiting a call back went toilet another 2 times and it was the same bright red blood and a clot in each. Doctor then called me back at 9 and said to carry on my meds and that something could have ruptured during transfer but if I get any pain or it worsens to go AnE. I've since been toilet and this time it was normal. I'm out of my mind with worry, just kind of hoping if anyone has anything similar with positive outcome?

hi I had bleed same day as transfer. no clots. Ia 25 weeks pregnant

Thanks for your reply. I've had light bleeding ever since, now on day 4 post transfer. So anxious! Congratulations on your pregnancy and all the best 🥰
