4 AHL due to endometriosis

Hi there,

I found out I have endometriosis and they took my AHL blood to find out what’s my AHL is. According to the results my AHL is 4 which be below 6 . Is that somthing I should worry about. I have been told Falling pregnant naturally is slim and I only have ivf option. Is there any way they should able to increase my AHL.

I am 35 years old and I am stressing out about this. I can only go for IvF once my endometriosis is removed which I am waiting on the operation date and currently I am taking prostgram injections to stop ovulation and endometriosis.

Any advise or someone been through this will be helpful.
