Gonal F combination

Hello, has anyone had success with Gonal F or combination protocol? Xx

Hi- I was on 425 Gonal F (from day 2) and 75 Menopur (from day 6). Which is a lot of stims but I have low AMH and AFC. The first round they got 4 eggs, all of which fertilised. 1 made it to blast on day 5 and was a fresh transfer of 4AB grade (BFN). 1 made it to blast on day 6 and is in the freezer. My second round with same protocol they only got 2 eggs and only 1 fertilised normally. It was looking average on day 3 so I had a last minute transfer and I am currently 28 weeks pregnant. So gonal f worked for me but I had such a low number of follicles that I do wonder if low stims would have worked just as well. I guess it's just luck sometimes. Good luck xx
