Progesterone, fragmin and aspirin - 3rd FET double embryo transfer

Hi all, so at my scratch this week the consultant agreed for me to use progesterone (I do natural FETs so never used before) starting the day of transfer.

Also agreed on aspirin and fragmin both to be started with a positive pregnancy test. I’ve read on here most ladies start the fragmin straight after transfer. Any idea why I’m starting it later? Should I be asking to start sooner? I have had 2 miscarriages in the past, consultant said she would usually recommend fragmin after 3 but was happy for us to use it this time as we’re wanting to throw everything at this cycle as it’s the first time putting two blasts in and likely last transfer before having to do another full cycle.
