2 days before i got my positive beta result and now suddenly i have developed a fever 101.6 F doctor asked me to have Paracetamol 500mg morning evening is it safe ? I really worried.

Yes , you can take paracetamol. I had sore head
Early too and took one tablet which helped and drank more water.
