So we've had our nurse planning appointment and filled in the consent forms - which is all good and makes sense.
However when filling in our Covid-19 Treatment Consent Form (via email) I wanted to check with all you wonderful people what the below means:
I/We are recommended to self-isolate from the start of ovarian stimulation treatment until embryo transfer.
When does that start from the stimulation or from the trigger? Has anyone else had this in their form? The rest of the statements make sense, it's all about understanding the risks, testing positive, refunds, paused cycles during this time.

That means from the start of stimulation drugs. I think this is the same in all clinics at the moment as they can’t do your egg collection if you test positive x
Agree with Kibo-they are recommending you isolate from when you start taking your stimulation (FSH +/LH) medication. My clinic did this but also categorically required complete isolation between the last COVID test (2-3d before EC) and EC. Xx
We were recommended to be careful from start of stimulation - we then had a covid-19 PCR test on day 9 and had to isolate from then until embryo transfer. But this was back in Nov 2020, and different clinics seems to be making their own guidelines.
Wishing you all the best with the start of your cycle!! Xx
