Very light period after endo scratch

Hi

I had this procedure carried out a week and a half ago. Afterwards I had spotting as you'd expect. Plus I always get spotting before a period. The trouble is the spotting never fully transitioned into a proper period. I haven't had to use any pads or tampons, barely needed a panty liner. I was supposed to start drugs for an FET on Day 1 and now all bleeding has stopped so I think I have missed the Day 1 which has left me really frustrated.

I've been panicking a bit not only about missing my Day 1 but also about how light the bleed was. I know the endo scratch involves scratching away the lining so maybe you'd expect it to be lighter but I was not prepared for this. Has anyone else experienced this after the scratch?

Hi I had the scratch and I had a bit of spotting and then my period was three days later than I expected x

Thank you for replying, interesting to hear you had a similar experience. I hope I still get my period but I feel like the spotting is all I will get this time x

Hi, Diane, thank you for replying, I have been really worried and frustrated so it is good to have some reassurance. Is it normal to have trouble identifying Day 1 after an endo scratch? I fear I have missed my Day 1 now as had heavier spotting for 2 days but this has now gone completely
