Zumenon - how to take

Hi all. In preparation for FET I'm taking zumenon. I take 4 tablets a day. The question is: does it matter what order I take it in?

I thought it would be easier to remember how many I took if I don't in columns rather than rows... Would that impact anything?

Someone else should definitely confirm but it’s probably like birth control because that’s got the days of the week on it so you remember you’ve taken it, only difference with your medication is that the days of the week are in french, unless there’s placebo pills in the pack I really don’t think it would make a difference unless you’ve been told to start the pack on a Monday so you then follow the order x

I’d definitely work down then, if not buy a multi day pill organiser, you can get one that says morn, noon, eve, bed and dispense them into that, it’s £2.88 on aids4mobility.co.uk and is called “Week Day Multi Pill Dispenser” x

These are the equivalent to progynova which is estradiol for thickening your lining. You should spread them out through the day. I actually got myself and really cheap plastic pill box from Ebay....you know the ones that old people use with the days of the week.🤣 However if you want to use the pack as a guide it doesnt matter if you take rows or columns, they're all the same meds.xx

Ps I've used these too, just incase you're wondering if you're getting the correct advice! The pill box was a life saver for me as I had so many tablets to take.xx

And how are your boys doing? I think you've been on that form longer than me and I have been here a fair amount of time now...

Sadly there were a few of us looking around on here for longer than we should be!!🙄 My boys are doing well thank you, they're getting bigger and change everyday!! Hoping your time is just around the corner!!🤞🏻xx
