I take 600mg per day (300 am and 300pm) and use the brand Health Thru Nutrition available in 300mg on Amazon xx

I did research on how much to take and for lower Amh like I have for my age it said 300mg. I took it at night with all my other vitamins. I searched online for the best price as they vary wildly. X
