FET next week

Hello ladies,

My FET is next week.

Do I stop the red raspberry leaf tea after transfer?

Is it safe and beneficial to continue with decaf green tea? Any other tea to take? I have immunes and have already had 1 intralipids infusion. Does ginger tea help?

Any other recommendations to help with implantation?

What supplements should I stop?

I’d stop drinking your red raspberry tea leaf now or five days before transfer. Other teas should be okay, though limit green tea to two a day. Ginger and lemon tea is good for you :)

Supplement wise, stop taking ubiquinol if you’re on that and keep taking folic acid, Vit D and Omega 3 (without Vit A).

Good luck 🤞🏻🍀

Thanks for the info, very helpful 😊

I'm currently still taking Vitamin E and Vitamin C and Magnesium. What are your thoughts on these?

I’m not actually sure on those other supplements - consult your doctor, they should be able to advise ☺️

I also drink pom juice, not religiously post transfer but a few times as it’s a good antioxidant. Just add it to sparkling water as it takes the edge away! Xx

Hi Summertime. Good info from "XOXO" Perhaps add some pineapple core too, which is supposed to prevent blood clot formation. Good luck! Diane

Just go and buy a big pineapple. Cut it lengthway into 6 big chunks, making sure you keep the core. Have the first chunk on morning of transfer and keep eating one piece everyday thereafter. Good luck xx
