Testing day BFN, advice needed please!

I'm feeling completed devastated today, I got a negative test. I feel like it's never going to work.

No issues have been identified with me as we've always been told it's a sperm issue. We've done 4 rounds of ICSI with a total of 7 embryos which have all failed.

Since our last failed cycle, hubby started taking Impryl and Proxeed (on alternative days) as recommended by our clinic. When we did exseed tests to monitor progress it showed improvement but on egg collection day they said the sample was low. We had one fertilised embryo which was top quality though and transferred on day 3 but it's still failed and I dont understand what to do next.

We only have one cycle left as we paid for a package through access fertility.

Does anyone have any advice for tests or anything? I asked my consultant in the past about the nk cells test? They dismissed it and just say they think it's down to the embryo.

Surely more tests need to be done though if it's now 4 failed cycles with 7 embryos.

I've also heard about the scratch, was just wondering what the view is on this too?

Sorry to hear about your failed transfer - remember to be kind to yourself. Definitely press for further testing (eg NK cells, sticky bloods, sperm dna fragmentation) if it’s something you want doing. There are also places that will do it on a self referral if your clinic won’t refer you. I do think that most implantation failure is due to embryo quality (statistically speaking) but why not explore all other factors in order to rule them out? Xxxx

Oh no so sorry to hear this news it is totally devastating but please please be kind to yourself, it takes time.

We too have had 4 cycles but as another lady mentioned defo push for more tests to check nk cells, sticky blood and my husband also had the DNA sperm fragmentation test so defo worth a mention if you’re interested in that.
