Not our month I’m afraid. OTD tomorrow but we’re away with family hence we tested today. Will test purely for clinics sake tomorrow but I know it’s not going to change. Used a First response early detection and clear blue digital so at this stage something would have shown. We have gotten bfps at day 9 of both previous pregnancies.
Need to digest everything I guess but just so hard to know what to do next. That was out 2nd transfer on nhs so now we need to find ourselves.
We have an A grade and 2 C grade embryos frozen still. Last FET A grade early miscarriage, last year natural conception blighted ovum. Do we continue with the embryos we have, do we go in with a full fresh cycle and get them tested this time.
I’ve had the thrombophylia screening and all was normal, is there anything else I should be considering at this stage?
Thanks in advance and good luck to all testing ! X

Is this your first or second round of IVF as it’s not clear? How many more NHS goes do you have?!
If your NHS funded you need to make the most of these rounds and really use these as process of elimination as to try and get success.
I appreciate your thtombophylia was okay, there are lots of things to consider
Is there any explanation as to why you haven’t conceived - unfortunately it was unexplained for us, so as I’m an older lady it was really process of elimination, we did three rounds last being donor egg and we are now 17 weeks + 3.
Has your partner had a DNA fragmentation test on top of his normal sample, it could be he has high fragmentation which needs treating.
There are immunology tests you can have done, we didn’t need any but other ladies on here will have and can advise.
Another one is I think your thyroid level needs to be lower then 2 or 1.6 something like that, again mine wasn’t an issue but other ladies can advise on that.
You can also have ERA/Emma and Alice on your uterine lining. It could be that your embryos are being put back outside your window of optimum receptivity or that you need extra amount of hours of progesterone before transfer.
Personally unless age isn’t on your side, I’m 41 so the quality of my eggs will not be good, then I would n’t rush into doing another round, especially if you have several frozen embryos
As and when you do another round, you can get them PGTA tested, I understand the embryos you already have can also be PGTA tested, but you need to be aware that even if you come back okay they can still fail.
We had two tested and both were chromosomally abnormal hence why we went for donor egg
So from what I understand our full fresh cycle and the FET was our first round (no fresh transfer due to OHSS) and this second FET was our second round. So totally agree we need to make the most out of what we do next.
Well I have PCO, not the syndrome apparently. Thryroids always been normal. I had stage 3 endometriosis which was treated last March along with a cyst removal (that month we got pregnant naturally but ended in mc). Everything looked fine after surgery they said just kept trying naturally after the mc and nothing hence starting IVF.
Age is on side for now, I’m 27 and husband is 30 so we will sit and think for a minute, definitely explore further tests and then love forward. We will definitely have PGTA testing, most likely on a next fresh round. We have a grade A and 2 Cs remaining, I think I’m going to ask for our next transfer that they put 2 in being out 3rd transfer as financially we would probably then move straight into a full rather than doing another transfer.
All just thoughts at the moment, will see what the consultant says at our follow up and go from there.
Oh Mai I'm so sorry 💔 It's always just so disappointing and heart-breaking. I hope you can manage to have a nice time with your family despite this very sad news xx
