Feeling so flat

It’s two weeks today since my IUI and I know AF is on the way I can feel it. I felt fine yesterday but today have woken with sciatic pain which I always get a couple of days before and had some mild period pains earlier with some beige coloured discharge when I wiped after toilet. Now I just have the sciatic pain and feel sick. I didn’t have high expectations as it was my first go doing stims for ivf for the first time and only one huge follicle got to the right size so we did IUI instead to try and get the egg but still feel disappointed. I haven’t done a test at all as just don’t want to see the stark no line. I know it’s only the first go but still hard, don’t know how we do it 😔

Hi, sorry to hear of your story. I was also in a similar boat a few weeks ago. i went for my EC and was told i had already ovulated my good egg. i had another follicle at 13.5mm but decided to switch to IUI which wasn't successful. TBH i really was disgusted with the way my clinic treated me and i only had 30secs to decide either to cancel or switch to IUI which i was on the operating bed. i am not considering going to Athens as i am not giving up yet with my own eggs.good luck x

Oh gosh that’s so rubbish I’m so sorry to hear that. It’s all such a minefield isn’t it, need so much strength to do it all. I got my period today and I’m so fragile, cried lots yesterday and feel numb today. Is it serum one Athens? I looked at them too x
