So after 8 months of amenhorrea, I finally got another hysteroscopy done and the doctor found some scar tissue referred to as Fibroids or Asherman Syndrome.
Has anyone dealt with it ?any experience anyone can share because my info is only limited to what the doc told me and material on google.
I have been put on estrogen support for 3 cycles to build the lining back again before planning for FET.

I'm not familiar with this I'm afraid, so can't be much help 😔 I'm glad that it seems you are getting some answers at least. Hopefully the estrogen will help your lining xx
Hi there, I can only relate to the fibroids bit of your query as I had never heard of Ashernan Syndrome before. When I looked it up, it is a completely different condition to fibroids. Did your consultant say you have both or at least one of them?
Fibroids are fairly common amongst women especially especially BAME women and depending on their size and location can be left untreated or can grow in size and impact on fertility. I had to have one removed prior to commencing IVF. I have others that have been left for now. Fibroids can also be treated using hormones that shrink them but mimic menopause.
I hope your course of treatment works. I will keep you in my thoughts 🙏🏾
Thank you so much for looking it up... I met two doctors who did the Hysteroscopy and both used different words for what they saw and operated on so i am a little confused. Few fibroids are normal for all women but i think i had more than expected. I am on E+P support for 3 months plus following a nutritious diet with exercises focusing on blood flow to the abdomen so keeping my fingers crossed !
