prescription not from the uk

Hi, i’m starting ivf with a clinic in greece and they have emailed a prescription to me. Does anyone know if it’s ok to just print out an email prescription and bring to a pharmacy. If not, any advice on what to do? thanks

I’m working with a clinic in Ireland and they also email my prescriptions. I’ve found a few pharmacies that will accept a print-out, but quite a few will only accept an original prescription with a “wet” signature. You’ll just need to go around and ask at your local pharmacies to find out their requirements. In the meantime, I’d ask your clinic to post you an original copy with an ink signature so that you have it if you need it. xx

It was a small independent one. My local Boots requires a wet signature. xx

Hi there, this may seem a silly question but do then pay the uk prices for the fertility drugs when using your prescription from Greece? x

Yes i’m afraid they do! I think if you can get as many of the drugs as possible in greece as much cheaper there.
